Phyllis's Seafood is owned by Phyllis and Dick Letourneau. We also own Phyllis's Cafe and Salmon Bake in downtown Anchorage. We have been running that business since 1989. Phyllis's Cafe and Salmon Bake is one of the best known seafood restaurants in Alaska, especially to the many tourists each season who come to Alaska looking for that Alaskan experience. We are well known for our wild Alaska salmon and giant king crab dinners. Every year tourists from all over the world have the experience of dining at our restaurant.

We decided to take these wild Alaskan seafood products we serve at the restaurant and offer them to the customers to serve at home. Thus, we started our seafood market across the street from the restaurant in downtown Anchorage. Phyllis is a Tlingit Indian from Southeast Alaska; her dad was a chief for his clan. Before getting into the restaurant business, Phyllis was a commercial fisherman for 20 years in Bristol Bay. With her background she is very picky about the quality and freshness of the seafood we use at both the Cafe and at the seafood market. We use only the very best wild Alaska products available.
